Why we’re following her: Krista Dunn, fit mom and IFBB Figure Pro, takes it to the next level. Whatever she’s doing works, so we definitely want to keep an eye on her diet and workouts for inspiration.
Why we’re following her: Talk about inspirational. A spinal cord injury in her teens left Tiphany Adams in a wheelchair, but that didn’t keep her from crushing it in the gym and showing us that anything is possible. This woman sets goals and demolishes them.
